Family bike trip: tiny house & spa getaway

Easily accessible by train from Paris or Rouen, your adventure begins on Friday evening at Morgny-la-Pommeraye railway station, where your bicycles will be waiting for you. Check in to a charming, fully equipped Tiny House and settle into your cosy countryside retreat.

For dinner (not included), you can choose to enjoy a meal or purchase local food from the nearby brasserie and grocery store, just a short walk away, or cycle for around 35 minutes to a local restaurant.

On Saturday, after a delicious breakfast, set off on a family-friendly cycling route “la Véloroute des Thermes” (less than 30 km) along peaceful country roads through the Normandy countryside. Discover beautiful landscapes, historic heritage, inspiring art, and delicious local produce, with several suggested stops along the way, including:

The Sculpture Garden at Château de Bois-Guilbert, a poetic park featuring sculptures by renowned artist Jean-Marc de Pas, as well as temporary exhibitions inside the château.
A gourmet lunch break at an organic cheese farm, where you'll discover how the region's famous Tome de Bray cheese is made and enjoy tasting this local speciality.
In the afternoon, continue your journey to Forges-les-Eaux, where you'll stay in a four-star hotel with a swimming pool and spa. After returning your bicycles, parents and children can unwind, recharge, and enjoy the hotel's exceptional surroundings.

Sunday is all about relaxation. Parents can indulge in the spa while children enjoy fun activities supervised by the hotel's mini club. Later, the whole family can come together for a stroll and a picnic in the beautiful wooded park.

At the end of the afternoon, a taxi arranged in advance by the hotel will take you to Serqueux railway station for your journey home.
