A national recognition

The Tourist office Normandie Caux Vexin is proud of its involvement in the label Tourisme et Handicap.

The label Tourisme et Handicap is the result of the desire to facilitate the access of people with disabilities. The label rewards the efforts made to this end by establishments open to the public. 

Our office is equipped with :

• A magnectic loop,
• A simplified touristic guide, 
• A touristic guide with enlarged script characters,
• A touristic guide in Braille,
• An accessible WiFi hotspot,
• An accessible reading corner.

Our Tourist office in Buchy has the label for 3 handicaps : visual, hearing and mental disabilities.  The configuration of our office doesn't allow an access to people with reduced mobility but a doorbell was made available to make your presence known to our staff. A parking spot reserved for people with disabilities is located on the right of the town hall, next to the market halls, 20 meters from the entrance of the office.  Handicaped-accessible public toilets are also on the right of the town-hall.

The staff is trained to welcome visitors with disabilies. The staff was professionally trained by Accessitour and followed the program « Accueil des personnes en situation de handicap ».
