Eglise Saint-Martin
Come to Pissy-Pôville to discover this pretty Norman church which has just obtained the Label Patrimoine Rural de la Seine-Maritime.
The plan of the building is rectangular, very simple with a flat chevet open on a stained glass window. The buttressed walls are topped by a slate gable roof and the bell tower has a polygonal spire that dominates the façade. All this gives a solemnity to the monument
Its construction dates back to the 12th and 13th centuries and belongs to the Norman Romanesque style. Like many churches, modifications were made in the 16th and 17th centuries.
