Eglise paroissiale Saint-Jean-du-Cardonnay
The Saint-Jean-du-Cardonnay parish church dates back to the 16th century, but was restored in 1768 and 1865. The latest work was carried out by architect Barthélemy Jacques Eugène.
The church is built of limestone, brick and tiles.
The church's elongated plan ends in an apse. It is crowned by a bell tower with a polygonal slate spire at the top of the roof. The steeple is supported by four pillars joined by 16th-century pointed arches.
The church has a masonry porch with three arches.
The west facade features three semi-circular geminated bays. The exposed gable is crowned with a sculpted cross.
Mass times are posted on the church door.
