NeoLoco is a forerunner in solar roasting in Europe and in solar baking. Numerous French and foreign entrepreneurs come and train at NeoLoco nowadays.

We roast local seeds and cereals using solar power to provide alternatives to products imported from across the world: multigrain aperitif mix to replace peanuts, flaxseed spices, sweet grain snacks and alternatives to coffee using local lentils and chick peas roasted with solar power.

The recipes "Eveil Resistant" (Resistance Awakening) are inspired by World War II when the coffee trade routes were cut off.

The whole business is driven by reducing the use of resources and is organised in a way compatible with the intermittent energy that is the sun. We adapt the know-how of the past to the most energy-efficient techniques to contribute to the creation of a more desirable and sustainable world.
