Le Clos Rouen - La Vaupalière, a unique and easily accessible venue located on the outskirts of Rouen, offers professional turnkey services: rental of characterful or unusual rooms, catering with homemade dishes and a charming 30-room hotel. We also have a restaurant and a lounge with a co-working space.
Our 11 meeting/conference spaces, which can be adapted to accommodate 15 to 500 people, offer you an unusual product suitable for all types of professional events: seminars, study days, conferences, assemblies, trade shows, galas, New Year's receptions, incentive events, team building, Christmas parties, etc.
Le Clos Rouen - La Vaupalière offers two types of reception rooms.
The La Grange, La Charpente and Le Bocage Normand rooms offer an authentic atmosphere and feature a south-facing garden with a decorative pond and pergola.
La Grange is ideal for cocktail parties, banquets, conferences, trade shows, etc. The other spaces are ideal for seminars, sub-committees, etc.
In a more contemporary style: Le Grand Bal and the rooms: Bêêê, Hector Boxe, Pot'à Gérard, Galaxie and Globe trotteur.
The Grand Bal has a 32 m² stage and can be used to host meetings, conferences, dinner shows, themed evenings and more. This room is equipped with lighting effects that can add a colour theme to your event and be adapted to the colours of your logo.
The Loft Pot'à Gérard, a room adjoining the Grand Bal, and the Bêêê and Hector Boxe rooms are suitable for events ranging from lunches and cocktail parties to seminars and sub-committees on the theme of the quirky farm.
The Salle Galaxie and Globe Trotter rooms are more playful.
Finally, the garden on the Grand Bal side features two designer ponds that enhance the landscape.
