A Two-Part Team-Building Seminar to Support Your Strategic Vision.
A Two-Part Team-Building Seminar to Support Your Strategic Vision
Designed as part of a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) approach, this seminar unfolds in two complementary phases:
- A collective session, ideal for bringing together all your employees after the summer break or at the start of the calendar year. This moment of unity allows you to kick off the new period with energy, alignment, and a shared understanding of your strategic goals.
- An executive session, dedicated to directors and senior managers, providing valuable time for deep reflection, strategic planning, and decision-making — all in a focused and inspiring environment.
An Exceptional Venue: Château de Belmesnil in Normandy
Located in Saint-Denis de Thiboult, just 1 hour 40 minutes from Paris and 20 minutes from Rouen, the Château de Belmesnil is easily accessible via the A28 motorway and the N31. It offers an exceptional setting for seminars:
- Up to 150 participants for day events
- Up to 20 participants for overnight stays (larger groups possible with nearby guesthouses)
Sample Scenario :
Departing from London by private coach or train/ferry combination, your team arrives at the château with around a hundred colleagues for a high-impact back-to-work seminar. The following day, senior leaders gather for a focused strategic session in a smaller group setting.

- Interactive workshops and debrief over cocktails, followed by team departures between 4:00 PM and 6:30 PM.
- 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM: Normandy-style raclette with cheeses from La Fromagerie de la Quesne, paired with craft beer brewed by the château’s owners.
