Imagine an afternoon when time stands still. You and your family arrive in a green setting, lulled by the gentle sound of horses and the song of the wind in the trees. This is where the journey begins? a life-size tale of emotion, beauty and buried memories.
The Ecuries de Vallées in Rebets invite you to join them in a living tale. Let yourself be carried away by the poetic story of "La Bergère et l?Orchidée", a sensitive, visual equestrian show in which Iberian horses and riders bring to life a legend inspired by reality.
"La Bergère et l'Orchidée" is a 2011 documentary directed by Jean-Yves Ferret for Beaubec Productions that explores the disappearance of sheep transhumance in the Pays de Bray through the portrait of Jeanne Maimbourg, the last itinerant shepherdess.
Sophie De Pas, equestrian artist and soul of the stables, orchestrates this encounter between memory and magic, where children dream, parents are moved, and everyone leaves with a piece of history in their hearts.
On the track, the riders draw in the dust the fragments of a world almost erased, while the story blossoms slowly, fragile and luminous, like a flower in the morning.

Suitable for all ages, free for children under 3.

These workshops are inspired by the principles of Maria Montessori: "Teach me to do things on my own". They aim to develop self-confidence, concentration and observation skills, and encourage independent learning. They also provide an opportunity to learn social skills.
With the animals, children make sensory discoveries and begin or improve their language skills. Through early-learning activities and games, they develop their senses alongside our animals.
For example, they discover that the soft fur of a dog or rabbit is quite different from that of a pony, goat or even a pig! They can feel the softness of chicken feathers...
