Gîte on second floor (first floor unoccupied): - Entrance opening onto through living room, fully-equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, gas hob, built-in oven, fridge with freezer, filter coffee maker, toaster, raclette machine, deep fryer...) onto living/dining room with TV and dining table (extension possible), - Small bedroom for 1 to 2 people with bed 140x190cm and TV, - Shower room with shower, WC and washing machine, - Large family room with 2 beds 160x200cm and sitting area with sofa, poufs and TV. Outside: garden furniture with barbecue, petanque area, swing, trampoline and ping-pong table, deckchairs. Access to the vast garden planted with fruit trees (7000m²). Hiking trails depart from the gîte. Wifi internet connection. All charges included: bed linen, towels and household linen, heating, electricity and cleaning. Baby equipment: cot, high chair, bath and playpen. Pets accepted (deposit 130?)
